first-time homeowners jeff and sarah lak wanted to gut their new master bathroom and start over. we started with a space plan; gaining square footage by reconfiguring an adjacent closet.
with budget in mind, we kept the plumbing lines in their original location and brought in new, modern fixtures. a new pocket door frees up floor space and creates room for two at the vanity.
by increasing the square footage and designing a new layout, the bathroom boasts a soaking tub and a luxurious walk-in shower. finishes are clean and modern; reminiscent of a boutique hotel.
